Panels

Panels are designed to assemble vertical walls which are, with other parts of the brick-box system, used for hanging of tools and other equipment. Panels enable you to arrange your workplace in an effective and ergonomic way.

Advantages of the system

  • High adaptability to the user's needs and conditions
  • Extreme variability
  • Modular system
  • Possibility to combine with Boxes, Swing Boxes and Small Boxes

The Panels are conceived as a brick-box which can be used at workplaces, shops and storage facilities. It maximizes space, tidiness and efficiency to its users in everyday activities.

Bended walls

The system contains parts (wedges) which allow a user to make bended walls according to his needs. You are able to make a front wall of the workshop with sides bending left or right creating a waved structure. You can avoid a pillar or build a closed block. You can choose both concave and convex variation of bending.

Features of the system

All the parts of the system have dovetail grooving which enables combining and connecting one another. Attachments (holders, forks, hooks etc.) have an area for a label which is protected by transparent glass.

Plastic parts are made from ABS material of grey colour (RAL 7040). Labels are transparent and metal parts are made of steel and galvanised.

Special components

  • Shelf – Separate part designed for storing objects of various sizes. It slides on the front grooving of the walls of the panels.
  • Holder and Drawers – Holders and Drawers are other useful parts for providing storage.

Recommendations for users

When you are assembling larger units, ensure that separate panels are pressed onto a flat surface, for example a table. It is especially important if you intend to fix the panels directly onto a brick wall. It is recommended to secure individual parts to prevent sliding with a super glue or attaching to an auxiliary wooden board.

In case you decide to attach the panels to the wall, ensure uniform fit to limit shifting. An incorrect fit will disable the ability to change the sliding parts.
